We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Controls Specialist to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing HVAC control systems programming, troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, and preventative maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Program, troubleshoot, and install HVAC control systems, including mechanical, electrical, and low-voltage controls components.
- Respond to service and warranty calls using Johnson Controls configuration and commissioning tools, as well as a variety of hand tools and electrical testing equipment.
- Provide front-line technical and repair support to customers through effective communication.
- Recommend system repairs and updates, and assist in proposing recommendations to customers.
- Participate in an expanding team of top-notch technicians while building a career with a leading global organization.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, sequences, and applications.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude in mechanical and electro-mechanical fields.
- Able to use hand, power tools, and electrical testing equipment, such as a multimeter.
- Solid knowledge base in using personal computers.
- Attention to detail and good communication and listening skills.
- (Depending on location, special licensing requirements may apply for mounting and terminating low-voltage devices.)
