Dialysis Patient Care Specialist

Denali Dialysis is seeking a skilled Dialysis Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a Dialysis Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dialysis clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Care: Provide compassionate and individualized care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and responding to patient needs.
- Treatment Preparation: Prepare dialysis machines and equipment for treatment, ensuring that all necessary supplies and materials are available.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on dialysis procedures, treatment options, and self-care techniques to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain the quality of dialysis treatments, identifying and reporting any issues or concerns to management.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, including nurses, doctors, and other support staff, to ensure seamless patient care.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 3 months of dialysis, phlebotomy, or CNA/PCA experience preferred.
- Certifications: CPR certification required within 90 days of hire; ability to obtain national certification in dialysis technology.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; basic computer skills and proficiency in clinical applications.
