As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll play a key role in resolving support issues for our high-value clients via telephone, IM, and email. You'll work closely with your team to provide exceptional customer service and support all our major client groups: banking, payments, and investments.

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll have the opportunity to grow your career with a top fintech company. You'll work onsite at the FIS Little Rock campus and participate in virtual training/OJT for two weeks. Your responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service to high-value clients, assisting with account and product inquiries, and performing account maintenance.

What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you'll need experience working in a high-volume call center, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You'll also need excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as above-average computer abilities.
