Senior Computing Strategy Consultant

As a Senior Computing Strategy Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Deputy Chief Technology Officer for Critical Technologies (DCTO(CT)) in harmonizing investments across the Department of Defense (DoD).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in formulating policies related to defense research and engineering, technology development, transition, prototyping, experimentation, and developmental testing activities.
- Provide unbiased programmatic and technical counsel in collaboration with industry leaders, academic institutions, other governmental entities, and international organizations regarding advanced computing and software research and development.

Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in engineering, cybersecurity, and Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E).
- A Master's degree in a STEM field, accompanied by a minimum of 5 years of recent experience in biotechnology.
- Comprehensive understanding of research and development and acquisition processes.
- Proven experience in leading collaborative technical studies that assess cost, schedule, risk, and performance of intricate architectures against evolving threat capabilities.
