Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure technical requirements are properly integrated with existing processes.
  • Develop and maintain technical documents and specifications.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues affecting technology infrastructure.
  • Manage complex troubleshooting for Windows/Mac OS and Division of IT-supported software.
Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and two years of experience in the field, or six years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.

Knowledge of client and server-side best practices for operating system management and redundancy, utilizing Microsoft, and customer service experience are desired.
