Job Title: Field Service Plant Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Plant Engineer to join our team as a Field Service Plant Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients by performing maintenance and repair of plant machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to client sites to perform maintenance and repair of plant machinery and equipment.
  • Diagnose complex technical issues and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide expert recommendations.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Offer training and support to clients' staff on machinery operation and maintenance best practices.
  • Keep detailed records of service activities, parts used, and work completed for accurate reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with the in-house engineering team to provide feedback and improve product performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Plant Engineer with a strong background in industrial machinery maintenance.
  • Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in industrial plants.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in challenging situations.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel to various locations for field service assignments.
  • Adherence to safety guidelines and best practices in industrial environments.
