The Experienced Sales Executive will collaborate closely with our marketing division to identify, cultivate, and finalize new business opportunities. This position demands outstanding sales acumen, relationship management capabilities, a well-organized approach, a comprehensive understanding of the industrial landscape, and excellent communication skills. The role encompasses three key areas of sales focus:
1. Lead Management from Marketing Initiatives
Our marketing division has established a comprehensive lead generation framework that identifies organizations with potential projects. These leads are thoroughly vetted, and once a viable opportunity is confirmed, they are handed over to the Experienced Sales Executive to oversee the sales process.
2. Client Relationship Maintenance
The Experienced Sales Executive will foster and sustain relationships with our existing and former clients, complementing the efforts of our engineering and construction teams.
3. Long-Term Account Development
Numerous larger corporations necessitate a strategic, long-term approach to secure their business. The Experienced Sales Executive will assist in pinpointing these target accounts and devising and implementing a strategy to convert them into clients.
Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related discipline is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 7-10 years of proven sales success in the chemical or industrial sector, with a strong preference for engineering or construction sales.
- A demonstrated history of closing complex, high-value projects.
- Proven ability to cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Technical knowledge in chemical plant design, engineering, and safety is beneficial but not essential.
