Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Foreman to oversee the installation of protective structures for residential and industrial gas meter sets. This role is essential for ensuring safety and efficiency in our operations across Utah and Southwest Wyoming.


Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Submitting and ensuring proper marking of 811 tickets for all installation locations.
  • Verifying that all team members are adequately trained and equipped for their tasks.
  • Assisting the Project Manager in maintaining clear communication with clients regarding project progress.
  • Managing inventory of supplies and materials to ensure availability for the crews.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Supporting the Project Manager in achieving production targets.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

  • Experience in construction.
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
  • A willingness to travel, including potential overnight stays; daily travel may extend up to 150 miles.
  • A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • The ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
  • A readiness to work 12-hour shifts.

Compensation

The pay rate for this position is $26.00 per hour based on experience, along with a $30.00 per day per diem. For overnight stays, a $125 per day per diem will be provided for accommodation costs.


Work Schedule

The typical schedule consists of 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week, with opportunities for overtime.
