Job Summary:

Catskill Concierge is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to provide exceptional guest services for high-end homes in Sullivan County, NY. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of homes, ensuring a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Guest Experience: Provide exceptional hospitality and guest experience by performing tasks as needed to ensure a positive stay.
  • Housekeeping Duties: Clean and maintain homes, including changing sheets, towels, and linens, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, restocking supplies, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and report on the inventory of cleaning supplies and supplies for each home.
  • Laundry Management: Assist with laundry management, including washing, drying, and sorting linen.
  • Lost and Found: Report, turn in, and log all lost and found items.
  • Deep Cleans: Perform detailed deep cleans when required.
  • Home Inspections: Complete home inspections to ensure homes are clean and ready for guests.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Experience in cleaning or housekeeping is a plus, but training is available.
  • Time Management: Ability to work independently and remain motivated.
  • Professionalism: Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail.
