Requirements:
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, providing support and assistance as needed
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations
  • Experience in Guest Services, with knowledge of the hotel industry and its best practices
