We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Specialist focusing on Personal Lines to become a vital part of our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service to our clients, managing a portfolio of accounts, and working closely with the sales team to meet organizational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage incoming client communications
  • Evaluate client requirements and propose appropriate solutions
  • Process quotes, endorsements, certificates, and renewals
  • Establish trustworthy relationships through effective communication
  • Deliver precise information and solutions to clients
  • Address client complaints and ensure follow-up for resolution
  • Maintain accurate customer records and manage account processing

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in client service within personal lines insurance
  • Possession of a Property and Casualty Insurance License is mandatory
  • Familiarity with agency management systems such as Applied Epic
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
