About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering customer inquiries, and resolving any concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve any concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with company policies and procedures
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services
  • Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Maintain precise work order files and formulas, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications, ensuring quality and consistency
  • Stock shelves and set up displays, maintaining a visually appealing and organized store environment
  • Clean store equipment, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment
  • Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Assist in making deliveries, as needed, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered, discussing available options and making recommendations
  • Comply with inventory control procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management
  • Suggest ways to improve sales, ensuring continuous improvement and growth
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
  • Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred Qualifications
  • Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  • Have at least a High School diploma or GED
  • Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
  • Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
