The Senior Analyst of Corporate Finance will work closely with the VP of Finance, engaging in diverse business analyses and collaborating with essential stakeholders throughout the organization. As our industry evolves, this role will be pivotal in fostering critical thinking, sound business judgment, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst will lead a small team and actively contribute to the Finance department's initiatives. Responsibilities include:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis:
    • Formulate, execute, and oversee financial strategies and policies to ensure sustainable growth in the SaaS domain.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze financial data, offering vital support for business decisions.
    • Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to pinpoint improvement areas, optimize costs, enhance revenue, and assess customer lifetime value.
    • Assist in go-to-market strategies by evaluating and prioritizing market opportunities.
    • Establish and manage a continuous planning cycle for company revenues and operating expenses to facilitate agile decision-making.
  • Sales Operations:
    • Oversee monthly revenue forecasting in collaboration with the Sales team and senior management.
    • Provide transparency regarding the sales pipeline and key performance metrics.
    • Assess and track the financial performance of products and subscription models.
    • Support sales initiatives through margin and pricing evaluations.
    • Collaborate with Business Unit leaders and executive management to create an effective variable compensation system across the organization.
  • Procurement and Supply Chain Management:
    • Conduct intelligence gathering to support a prioritized procurement strategy aimed at cost optimization.
    • Analyze supply chain logistics related to hardware components of the product offering.
    • Assist the Finance team in developing an integrated procurement framework in partnership with finance and procurement personnel from international subsidiaries.
Qualifications
  • Strong critical thinking abilities, sound judgment, and diplomacy are essential.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a top-tier corporate FP&A role, with a focus on developing financial models for operational decision-making.
  • Solid educational foundation in Finance, Business, Data Visualization, or Economics from a reputable university; an MBA is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience in creating financial reports from the ground up, ideally in a startup environment.
  • Proficiency in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and reporting, with a strong emphasis on process and operational excellence.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, including VBA and macro creation; familiarity with BI modeling tools (e.g., Qlikview, PowerBI, Python, R) is highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated capability in technology-related fields is required; practical experience in the technology sector, particularly in a SaaS context, is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities to manage multiple projects concurrently.
