Position Summary

Role: Product and Solutions Manager

In recent years, Precision Hire Solution has expanded its offerings in the cross-border payments sector, particularly through innovative products. We are eager to grow our partnerships and establish new ones. The selected candidate will join our sales team, taking initiative and ownership as an individual contributor, pushing boundaries to explore new payment flows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement the product strategy in alignment with market objectives to ensure successful commercial launches.
  • Collaborate with global and regional product teams to understand capabilities, provide feedback on market needs, and ensure smooth operations.
  • Lead client interactions to communicate product strategies and business development initiatives.
  • Work with Marketing and Communications teams to support product launches and optimize budget utilization.
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation process for new clients, including due diligence, contract negotiations, and service roll-out.
  • Conduct complex analyses using diverse data sources to generate strategic insights for both the company and its clients.
  • Foster strong internal relationships to help team members achieve their objectives and differentiate our product offerings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in the cross-border remittances sector, particularly with banks or leading money transfer operators.
  • Understanding of bilateral/correspondent banking for B2B and P2P payments.
  • Familiarity with the mobile money and card payment industries is a plus.
  • Experience managing a product from inception to scaling is advantageous.
Skills and Competencies
  • Strong product management and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Team-oriented, capable of working in a large matrix organization, and adept at building consensus.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with frequent changes.
  • Fluency in English.
