Job Summary

We are seeking licensed clinicians to join our team in Seattle, WA. As a mental health clinician at Thriveworks, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and provide evidence-based treatments in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
  • Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, social work, or related field
  • Current licensure as a licensed clinical psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Washington state
  • Minimum of 25 sessions per week
