APPS of Seattle is one of the leading paramedical companies in the United States, offering nationwide coverage for insurance physicals. As a Mobile Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist, you will play a crucial role in completing exams on behalf of insurance companies.

Job Description:

The Western Washington office for APPS is seeking self-motivated medical professionals to work as independent contractors (ICs) in the Seattle area. As an IC, you will be responsible for conducting quality exams on a mobile basis, including blood draws, medical histories, signatures, vital signs, and 12 lead EKGs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting exams in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and confidentiality of client information
  • Familiarity with tablets/computers and ability to use medical equipment
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Qualifications:
  • Actively practicing phlebotomy with a minimum of 1 year of work experience
  • Able to do manual blood pressures and pulse
  • Familiarity with pediatric and geriatric patients/home health
  • EKG experience preferred but not required

As an IC with APPS, you can expect:

Compensation:
  • Estimated annual salary: $50,000 - $70,000
  • Reimbursement every two weeks by direct deposit for each exam completed
Flexibility:
  • Set your own schedule to work 7 days a week and 52 weeks a year
  • Schedule appointments through our assistance program
Training and Support:
  • 3-4 hour in-person orientation to verify skills and provide training
  • Use of company-provided equipment or opportunity to use your own
