Chief Loyalty Experience Strategist

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our loyalty lifecycle enablement and execution efforts. As Chief Loyalty Experience Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our member lifecycle marketing programs to drive loyalty revenue contribution across global lines of business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage customer databases and insights to track/measure/optimize towards increased enrollments, share of wallet, and retention rate KPIs and associated targets among Unity members.
- Develop and refine the overall loyalty marketing and lifecycle management strategy for the Unity program, collaborating with senior leadership and loyalty operation teams.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including operations, property marketing teams, and line of business ownership teams, to ensure seamless integration of Unity campaigns across multiple channels.
- Oversee the execution of Unity marketing campaigns to promote the loyalty program, focusing on increasing share of wallet across diverse product lines, utilizing data-driven insights to tailor campaigns to different customer segments and optimize results.
- Implement lifecycle management strategies to nurture and retain customers throughout their journey, creating targeted campaigns for different stages of the customer lifecycle to maximize customer value.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and make strategic optimizations to drive increased share of wallet, leveraging data analytics tools to gather insights into customer behavior, preferences, and transaction history.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in loyalty marketing and lifecycle management, with a proven track record of driving increased customer share of wallet across multiple lines of business.
- Strong understanding of loyalty program dynamics, customer segmentation, and multi-channel marketing.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on industry standards and national averages.
Work Environment:
Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a professional office setting, with occasional requirement to be in operating areas. In these areas, you may be exposed to environmental factors including second-hand smoke and excessive noise.
