Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LMHC to join our team in a nursing home inpatient facility. As an LMHC, you will be responsible for providing mental health services to patients, collaborating with our multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the overall well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide mental health services to patients in a nursing home inpatient facility
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, LCSWs, and nurse practitioners
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements

  • Florida LMHC License
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
