**Job Summary:**

As an Outpatient Therapist, you will provide individual and family therapy to children, adults, and their families. You will work with clients who have experienced trauma due to human trafficking, abuse, and family history.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide individual counseling to assigned caseload on a weekly basis
* Facilitate group therapy sessions as needed
* Complete clinical assessments and paperwork within 48 hours of contact with clients
* Complete state reporting documents, therapy notes, and other required documentation
* Monitor and track units approved by insurance companies
* Attend monthly meetings and supervision sessions
* Maintain productivity at 85% of caseload
* Complete compliance training as needed
