Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Take orders and calculate charges accurately.
  • Customer Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer information and their issues.
  • Sales Lead Generation: Identify opportunities to generate sales leads.
  • Account Opening: Open new customer accounts by gathering all required information.
  • Account Explanation: Clearly explain account details to customers.
  • Account Review: Regularly review customer accounts for any changes or updates.
  • Relationship Maintenance: Foster and maintain healthy relationships with our customers.
  • Service Quality Assurance: Ensure that our services meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Policy Updates: Communicate changes in company policies to customers in a clear and transparent manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Good problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
