Job Summary:

We are seeking a self-motivated and organized Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a fast-paced company that is growing rapidly, we need team players who can keep up with our dynamic environment.

This is an on-site position located in Stafford, TX, and we are looking for an individual who can conceptualize and create campaigns for direct marketing, packaging, layout design, digital design, web, and e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and create campaigns for direct marketing, packaging, layout design, digital design, web, and e-commerce.
  • Accurately create and produce a wide variety of projects.
  • Understand e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Klayvio.
  • Understand in-store POS and shopper customer marketing.
  • Assist with photo/video production, product photography, photo retouching, data wrangling, web/email design, and other related tasks.

Requirements:

  • A strong background with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in graphic design, UX design, advertising, or commercial arts.
  • Experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
  • A portfolio showcasing your best design work.
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field is required.

Desired Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiently utilize industry-standard software applications: Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Lightroom, XD, etc.), Figma, Office 365, Basecamp.
  • A strong understanding of consumer behavior and brand marketing (POS, shopper customer marketing).
  • Ability to conceptualize and communicate new ideas to a mass level.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • People skills are a must.
  • Attentive to details and able to follow detailed instructions.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to organize priorities and schedule own work; maintain a clean workspace and tools. Ability to manage changing priorities and work under pressure.

We are looking for someone who can think on their own but follow instructions that have been given. We are looking for someone to bring a unique style and skill set to the table. This position is suitable for an individual with both creative and execution backgrounds.
