  • Develop eye-catching and compelling graphic designs for various marketing channels, including digital advertisements, social media graphics, print materials, event signage, and promotional collateral.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that effectively promote each event, highlighting key details, speakers, performers, and special features.
  • Utilize design elements, typography, and imagery to tell a compelling visual story that resonates with the target audience and communicates the essence of each event.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director, marketing team, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, gather feedback, and incorporate necessary revisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience with an in-house department or agency.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including digital and print marketing materials. Event marketing-related projects or B2C retail experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant graphic design software.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
