About the Role:

The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating innovative, engaging, and brand-aligned print and digital deliverables in support of ICF business pursuits within the Enterprise Proposal Center (EPC).

Design work will range from data visualization infographics and illustrations to document design and presentations. The Senior Graphic Designer will also take ownership of one or more special projects in a focus area, helping to drive the success of Design team initiatives and enabling the advancement of overarching departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create data visualization graphics, digital illustrations, photo collages, page layouts, presentations, and related creative deliverables in support of corporate proposal documents and special projects.
  • Interact with technical and sales professionals to develop concepts and execute designs that support solutions and messaging strategy.
  • Uphold corporate identity brand standards.
  • Prepare and revise graphics quickly and accurately while complying with solicitation requirements.
  • Demonstrate initiative and innovation appropriate to the assignment and timeframe.
  • Facilitate discussions about how to visually represent technical and analytic ideas.
  • Prepare graphics for both electronic and print delivery.
  • Disseminate and archive finished graphics as required.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of corporate in-house or design agency graphic design experience.
  • 7+ years of experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Marketing Design, or related creative field.
  • Expertise in translating data into visually appealing infographics and conceptual design that supports target audience directed messaging.
  • Experience with print and digital publication design, and marketing collateral design and production, e.g., identity, promotional, marketing, and advertising.
  • Understanding of branding concepts and ability to effectively support a brand through design.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiar working in a hybrid or fully virtual environment, using Microsoft Teams, or similar virtual collaborative meeting applications.

  • Experience working with proposal teams.
  • Experience working with technical data.
  • Experience working on Federal and/or State and Local government projects.
  • Experience working on projects for diverse industries.
  • Experience working with the AI-enabled features of Adobe and Microsoft tools.
