We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a drive for excellence, an enthusiastic nature, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop eye-catching and effective marketing materials for new business pursuits and property marketing.
  • Innovate and collaborate with sales professionals on creation of marketing materials.
  • Work closely with our marketing and real estate teams to understand project objectives and deliver design solutions that align with business goals.
  • Provide guidance and creative input on projects.
  • Reposition assets with the ability to rebrand properties by logo development, color palettes, typography, and other various design concepts to tell the story.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor marketing materials to inform and improve design strategies.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer.
  • Commercial/residential real estate or advertising agency experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, design and visual communication, fine arts or a related field.
  • Full knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office. PowerPoint a must. Proficient in both Mac and PC. Premiere and After Effects knowledge a plus.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Capacity to collaborate with colleagues in a team environment and with clients in a professional setting.
  • Aesthetic skills and keen eye for visual details; has a well-honed design perspective and knows how to translate that to marketing collateral.

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives.
