Clinical Manager Opportunity at Kaleidoscope ABA

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Manager. As a Clinical Manager, you will lead a team of BCBAs in creating a positive and transformative impact on the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other behavioral and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and guide a team of BCBAs, providing mentorship, support, and fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Design and implement effective, ethical behavior intervention programs tailored to the unique needs of each individual, ensuring clinical integrity and the highest quality of care.
  • Conduct regular assessments and analyses to monitor progress, making data-driven decisions to enhance intervention strategies.
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the clinical team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and integration of services, promoting a holistic approach to client care.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements, implementing quality assurance measures to guarantee the highest standards of service delivery.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and their families, serving as a point of contact for addressing concerns, providing guidance, and ensuring a positive therapeutic experience.

Requirements:
  • Obtained certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
  • Leadership experience highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs as a BCBA; exceptions may be made.
  • Clinical expertise of appropriate behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories, and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.
  • Proficient in technology, such as Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms.
  • Ability to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, and/or lifting.
  • Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time on their feet, as well as an ability to lift children to 50 lbs., on occasion.
