About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our warehouse team in Buda, TX. As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely selection and delivery of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Select and accurately pick customer orders from our warehouse inventory
  • Build and wrap pallets to meet productivity and accuracy standards
  • Operate an electric pallet jack to move products from racks to pallets
  • Validate product selection and ensure damage-free products
  • Deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink wrap palletized orders
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment

Requirements

  • Ability to read and communicate in English
  • 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday – Thursday, with occasional weekends and holidays
  • Recent experience in high endurance or physical activity preferred
  • Experience selecting large-scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred
  • Experience operating motorized pallet jacks or similar equipment preferred
