Furniture Delivery Specialist

CWS Home Services is seeking a skilled Furniture Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering, picking up, and installing housewares and furniture within CWS standards and procedures safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pull, inspect, and load/unload furniture and housewares on/off company vehicles.
- Perform and complete work orders within CWS standards and procedures while using the company's mobile field service/ERP system.
- Inspect assigned vehicle daily before and after usage, maintain vehicle log, and report any problems to the operations manager.
- Maintain furniture, housewares, tooling, and moving equipment inventory and report to the supervisor of any supply requirements to perform daily tasks.
- Report to the supervisor of any damaged inventory discovered while performing a service.
- Perform housekeeping duties which include reset/turn cleans, touch up cleans, and maid services and prepare housewares kits as needed.
- Product care including cleaning housewares, washing linens, and troubleshooting electronics.
- Follow bed bug protocol and procedures.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse including furniture, housewares, and equipment.
- Evaluate damages and select appropriate methods of repair and/or restoration for furniture.
- Travel to business regions to complete job-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of furniture moving industry experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to pass background, drug, and driving record check annually.
- Must maintain a valid and unexpired driver's license that meets company driving standards and maintain current automobile insurance and registration.
