Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Account Development Specialist to join our team at KIOXIA America, Inc.

Job Summary

This role involves working closely with top memory customers to identify their needs, develop solutions, and ensure a seamless sales process. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with customers to identify needs and develop solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements
  • Generate and manage quotations, secure purchase orders, and assist with internal and customer escalations
  • Provide communication to customer counterparts on delays and alternative delivery dates
  • Perform other sales and account management related functions as necessary
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Experience with OEMs preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and other customer-related applications
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
