ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Community Crisis Stabilization Counselor during overnight shifts, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals in crisis. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving the well-being and mobility of our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducting home visits to assess and address client needs during crises.
  • Engaging with clients to discuss their concerns and provide effective solutions.
  • Educating clients and their families on safety protocols and proper equipment usage.
  • Following up with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and support.
  • Collaborating with technical support teams to resolve equipment issues.
  • Coordinating with service teams to manage daily schedules and client care.
  • Completing necessary documentation accurately and promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients.
  • Effective communication skills, particularly through digital platforms.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • The ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal systems.
  • Experience with hand and power tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in mechanical and situational contexts.
  • Basic proficiency with electronic devices.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • A high school diploma or GED.
