We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team in the Emergency Department. As a Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating children and families in crisis and providing support for inpatient and outpatient medical and psychiatric services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation and treatment services to patients and families with complex psychosocial needs.
- Conduct crisis intervention and emergency services as needed.
- Develop and implement case management and disposition plans.
- Contribute to program development and fiscal accountability.
- Collaborate with trainees as co-therapists and participate in didactics on topics of expertise.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., counseling, psychology, social work).
- State of Texas License at a Master's level (LPC, LMFT, LPT).
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification.
- At least 1 year of job-related experience.
