About the Role

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team in the Emergency Department. As a Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating children and families in crisis and providing support for inpatient and outpatient medical and psychiatric services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide evaluation and treatment services to patients and families with complex psychosocial needs.
  • Conduct crisis intervention and emergency services as needed.
  • Develop and implement case management and disposition plans.
  • Contribute to program development and fiscal accountability.
  • Collaborate with trainees as co-therapists and participate in didactics on topics of expertise.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., counseling, psychology, social work).
  • State of Texas License at a Master's level (LPC, LMFT, LPT).
  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification.
  • At least 1 year of job-related experience.
