About the Role

Express Employment Professionals in SW Austin is seeking a Sales & Business Development Recruiter to connect top talent with local businesses. This is an exciting opportunity for energetic and goal-driven individuals to leverage their skills, build relationships, and make a meaningful impact.

We are looking for someone who can build strong relationships with decision-makers through in-person visits, phone outreach, and email communication. As a Sales & Business Development Recruiter, you will identify hiring needs, present solutions, and track sales activities in our database. You will also partner with our internal team to match businesses with the best talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with local businesses to understand their staffing needs and present solutions to help their teams thrive.
  • Identify decision-makers and communicate effectively with them to establish trust and credibility.
  • Track all sales activities in our database and follow up consistently and professionally.
  • Partner with our internal team to match businesses with the right talent for their organizations.

Requirements
