Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT field
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Certifications in Windows Server environments
  • Certification in VMware technology
  • Certifications in storage hardware from HP, Dell, EMC, or similar
  • Networking certifications, such as Cisco
  • Proficiency in Unix system administration
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
  • Expertise in configuring and managing SAN and NAS hardware
  • Experience in implementing and troubleshooting virtual servers
  • Knowledge of VMware implementation and configuration
  • Experience with Microsoft O365 products and hybrid cloud migrations
  • Familiarity with project management, application design, and cloud computing, particularly Microsoft Azure
  • Ability to analyze and repair large-scale distributed systems
  • Strong understanding of switching and routing technologies
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft O365 and Azure
  • Valid Driver's License

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, and hardware
  • Manage internal infrastructure, including computers, servers, routers, switches, and security updates
  • Support various network types, including internet, intranet, LANs, and WANs
  • Lead projects and initiatives that align with broader business goals
  • Develop expertise in diverse industry concepts and practices
  • Handle critical IT tasks that enhance competitive advantage
  • Facilitate efficient business processes and implement analytics for insights
  • Ensure reliable IT infrastructure and networking
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to update on project status and achievements
  • Install and maintain network hardware and software
  • Work with help desk and other teams to troubleshoot and provide technical support
  • Conduct routine audits of systems, including backups

Employment Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
