Role Overview:

As the Technology Integration Manager, you will work in close collaboration with our Chief Technology Officer to establish and uphold the processes and technologies vital for propelling our growth trajectory.

  • Strategic Management of Communication Systems:
    - Formulate and execute strategic initiatives for Five9 and AirCall communication systems.
    - Seamlessly integrate these systems with CRM platforms such as Salesforce to enhance operational communication and efficiency.
    - Conduct regular data analysis to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
    - Create tailored reports and dashboards for management to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Development of a Robust Affiliate Program:
    - Expand and refine our affiliate program by engaging industry influencers.
    - Implement tracking systems to monitor affiliate performance and pinpoint growth opportunities.
    - Innovate affiliate management practices through technology to improve recruitment and retention.
    - Provide technological assistance to affiliates for smooth integration and enhanced performance.
  • Technology-Focused Employee Onboarding:
    - Design a technology-driven onboarding process for new hires.
    - Develop training resources that align new employees with company tools and culture.
    - Continuously refine onboarding processes to adapt to changing business needs and technological advancements.
  • Coordination and Support for International Teams:
    - Act as the primary point of contact for technology communications between teams in different regions.
    - Organize training sessions to ensure proficiency in technology use across teams.
    - Report on the progress, challenges, and successes of international collaborations to management.
  • Driving Technological Innovation:
    - Investigate new technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
    - Implement systems that enhance sales and marketing efficiency.
    - Lead initiatives in managing tools like Gong for improved communication and analytics.
  • Enhancing Relationships with Lenders:
    - Collaborate with lenders to streamline technological processes and facilitate data sharing.
    - Oversee tech-driven projects that benefit both the firm and its lending partners.
  • Advanced Data Management and Reporting:
    - Develop sophisticated reporting systems for in-depth data analysis.
    - Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within platforms like Salesforce.
    - Provide regular updates and insights to management based on data evaluations.
  • Identifying Opportunities for Revenue Growth:
    - Create predictive models to seize revenue growth opportunities.
    - Utilize advanced analytics to uncover trends that drive business expansion.
    - Collaborate across departments to implement effective growth strategies.

Qualifications:

Proficient in technology management and systems integration.
- Expertise in communication systems, CRM platforms, and data analytics.
- Strong leadership skills for managing cross-functional initiatives.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
