We are eager to grow our team and are looking for a Lead Identity and Access Management Specialist to enhance our capabilities in supporting our clients.

Work Arrangement:

Remote, with occasional onsite collaboration at corporate offices.

Contract Duration:

6 Month Contract to Hire

Compensation:

$70 to $75 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in the design, configuration, deployment, and management of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
  • Deliver modern access management integrations tailored for various customer segments.
  • Support the operations team by troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to IAM technologies.
  • Facilitate training sessions for operational staff on system applications.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IAM integrations and services.
  • Collaborate with users to enhance system functionality and user experience.
  • Provide expert guidance on IAM principles and best practices.
  • Contribute to the onboarding of new applications into the IAM platform.
  • Participate in project management and reporting activities as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience with multiple identity management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of user lifecycle workflows and IGA application integrations.
  • Familiarity with APIs and application onboarding processes.
  • Experience in transitioning services from legacy systems to modern infrastructures.
  • Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and other directory systems.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Java, PowerShell, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of authentication and authorization technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with access management solutions.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and programming languages.
  • Understanding of compliance regulations related to Identity and Access Management.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP or similar are a plus.
