Compensation:Up to $100,000 depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with the executive team to explore how IT can support the organization in achieving its business and financial targets
- Identify emerging information systems developments and technologies; foresee necessary organizational changes
- Establish and uphold efficient and dependable technology operations, encompassing systems infrastructure, network management, data handling, and security protocols to ensure high performance, uptime, and data integrity
- Define long-term information systems requirements and devise strategies for system development and the acquisition of necessary software and hardware
- Act as the primary contact for end users in identifying information systems needs and solutions
- Ensure adherence to applicable government regulations regarding systems operations
- Carry out other related duties as assigned
Essential Skills and Abilities:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Mac OS, Adobe, and other relevant software
- Strong ability to conceptualize long-term business objectives and create structured processes to achieve those goals
- Comprehensive understanding of information technology and its systems
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing information systems and technology, with a progressive increase in responsibility
- Proven success in overseeing IT infrastructure, managing IT budgets, software development, and systems architecture
- Experience in leading digital transformation efforts, utilizing cloud technologies, and implementing data-driven decision-making
