The integration of this forecasting tool with our current Workforce Management (WFM) systems for shift allocation, scheduling, and timekeeping is a key component of this effort.

The individual in this position will oversee all project-related activities from the client’s perspective. Collaboration with the vendor's project manager and implementation team will be essential. Key responsibilities will include organizing project meetings, monitoring and coordinating tasks, conducting requirements analysis, assisting the business unit with data entry, and supporting testing, training, and implementation efforts.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in Project Management and Business Analysis.
  • Experience in managing or implementing HR, WFM, or forecasting systems is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with forecasting tools for large-scale operations or manufacturing teams is advantageous.
  • Adept at managing task lists, facilitating workflows, and documenting requirements.
  • Possesses technical skills to navigate and manage complex projects with multiple components.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within the airline industry is a plus, though not mandatory.
