Job Description:

The Holistic Family Development Specialist will work closely with single mothers and their children to identify strengths and barriers, set and achieve goals, and provide guidance and support to promote family stability and well-being.

Responsibilities include recruiting cohorts of participants, onboard them into the program, conducting weekly meetings, partnering with participants to set and achieve goals, and connecting them with local community resources.

The Holistic Family Development Specialist will also be responsible for assessing and evaluating the needs of each child and developing educational success plans in partnership with schools and parents.

Foster collaboration between parents, children, and school to support ESP.
