Compensation Package

The successful candidate will receive a salary of $115,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, and other valuable perks. You will enjoy a flexible Monday-to-Friday schedule, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Detailed Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each child and family.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including counselors, graduate students, and postdoctoral fellows, to ensure cohesive treatment approaches.
  • Familiarity with Autism Spectrum Disorder evaluations across various age groups using ADOS2 is preferred.
  • Train or provide experience in parent interventions and therapy for young children, utilizing play-based modalities and PCIT, is also preferred.
  • Engage in thorough diagnostic assessments, managing individual cases with precision and compassion.
  • Provide ongoing consultative services, integrating interdisciplinary approaches to ensure comprehensive treatment strategies.

Requirements and Estimated Salary

  • Reside in the Charlotte area or have plans to relocate within the next three months.
  • Hold a doctoral or master's degree in Psychology.
  • Possess a North Carolina Psychologist Associate license.
