Patient Liaison Specialist

Cedars-Sinai International is a reflection of our organization's commitment to providing world-class care to patients from around the globe. As a Patient Liaison, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Personalized Concierge Services: Provide efficient and personalized high-level concierge services to patients, ensuring timely access to clinical services and providing information and resources to optimize their experience.
- Global Patient Navigation: Serve as a designated patient navigator, ensuring timely scheduling of clinical appointments and arranging for all non-patient care services that support the delivery of high-quality, patient-centric care.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and awareness, ensuring that all non-clinical needs (e.g., language, diet, religion, cultural tourism/accommodations) are being arranged.
- Post-Discharge Support: Manage the post-discharge process for patients, including providing packaged medical reports, physician instructions, and discharge prescriptions.
- Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's degree/College Diploma in Hospitality or a related major preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience functioning in a concierge/liaison role or equivalent role required.
- Language Skills: Must be fluent in Arabic.
