Key Responsibilities:
  • Personalized Concierge Services: Provide efficient and personalized high-level concierge services to patients, ensuring timely access to clinical services and providing information and resources to optimize their experience.
  • Global Patient Navigation: Serve as a designated patient navigator, ensuring timely scheduling of clinical appointments and arranging for all non-patient care services that support the delivery of high-quality, patient-centric care.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and awareness, ensuring that all non-clinical needs (e.g., language, diet, religion, cultural tourism/accommodations) are being arranged.
  • Post-Discharge Support: Manage the post-discharge process for patients, including providing packaged medical reports, physician instructions, and discharge prescriptions.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's degree/College Diploma in Hospitality or a related major preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience functioning in a concierge/liaison role or equivalent role required.
  • Language Skills: Must be fluent in Arabic.
