ROLE SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Assistant Retail Manager to enhance our brand presence and customer engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
ENSURE BRAND EXCELLENCE
- Uphold and exemplify the core values and mission of our brand, delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to implement product displays and identify sales opportunities.
- Oversee merchandise processing and ensure the sales floor meets brand standards.
- Train team members on fitting techniques and ensure alterations are performed accurately.
- Maintain a professional and organized store environment.
- Monitor sales goals and assist in achieving budgetary targets.
- Manage inventory deliveries and ensure proper security measures are in place.
CULTIVATE CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS
- Foster a customer-centric atmosphere that prioritizes exceptional service.
- Demonstrate effective selling techniques to build loyalty and rapport with customers.
- Engage with local organizations to strengthen community ties.
ACHIEVE SALES OBJECTIVES
- Take responsibility for meeting individual and store sales targets.
- Participate in the recruitment and training of high-performing team members.
- Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure a collaborative team environment and address any operational issues.
- Assist in managing store expenses and implementing loss prevention strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A degree or 2-4 years of supervisory experience in retail, preferably in outdoor apparel.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and fostering loyalty.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication abilities across all organizational levels.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems.
