Qualifications:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced retail leader with a proven track record of success.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in store management within a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work independently in a dynamic setting.
  • Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as walking, moving around the store, bending, squatting, kneeling, climbing, carrying, reaching, and stooping.
  • Ability to occasionally push, pull, and lift more than 25 lbs.
  • Familiarity with janitorial equipment, rolling racks, ladders, and other assigned supplies.
