  • Identify and analyze operational issues, recommend and execute action plans to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure competitive pricing and optimal performance.
  • Prepare and review monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Perform annual CAM reconciliations and re-forecasting as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a commercial property manager.
  • Strong experience in tenant relations, financial reporting, and analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Yardi experience is a plus.
