Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire, organize, review, and distribute project submittals.
  • Assist with schedule preparations and updates.
  • Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.

  • Communicate with owners regarding project-related matters.
  • Prepare and maintain technical submittal lists, NPDES permits, and project progress schedules.
  • Obtain pricing from subcontractors and vendors.
  • Calculate pricing and issue contracts and purchase orders.
  • Schedule subcontractor work and supplier material deliveries.
  • Assist with monthly billing, cash flow projections, and change order processing.
  • Maintain a highly organized work area.
  • Write reports, business correspondence, and project documents.
  • Present information effectively to customers, clients, and employees.
  • Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field is required. Consideration will be given to those with three or more years of related experience. Proficiency in Primavera 6 and Microsoft Office applications is also necessary.
