Job Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to assist the HR teams at BlueTriton Brands within a specified region. The ideal candidate is capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively with field teams to support all employees. This role requires a self-driven, highly organized individual with a keen attention to detail, who can manage confidential information responsibly. This position offers an excellent opportunity for HR professionals looking to grow personally and professionally across various aspects of the business, particularly in daily HR operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Facilitate and support the onboarding process to ensure a positive experience for new employees and maintain accuracy in all onboarding details.
  2. Assist with compliance reporting as required.
  3. Collaborate with Human Resources Business Partners to manage field-based leave requirements, including tracking and communication with employees.
  4. Support the execution and validation of I-9 forms to ensure compliance, including addressing remote I-9 needs.
  5. Provide assistance with employee off-boarding processes, ensuring adherence to state-specific requirements.
  6. Gather and organize headcount data as a vital input for the national staffing dashboard.
  7. Offer administrative support for HR projects and initiatives, particularly those related to new hire onboarding and enhancing the employee experience.
  8. Perform additional HR administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
  9. Assist the field HRBP team in tracking and reporting compliance metrics.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2+ years of demonstrated experience in providing administrative support or similar tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster effective working relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A mindset geared towards continuous improvement and the ability to devise creative solutions for efficiency.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude in adapting to changing priorities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a positive demeanor.
  • Capability to build and maintain relationships with both internal team members and external stakeholders, demonstrating strong teamwork skills.

Compensation

The starting pay rate for this position is $31.94 per hour, with eligibility for a 5% annual bonus.
