Aon is seeking a talented Data Science Specialist to join our Health Analytics Intelligence team. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues to drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and advise on health claims and risk datasets to provide high-value insights to clients.
  • Build statistical and machine learning models to analyze large health datasets and identify trends.
  • Liaise with external healthcare carriers, data vendors, and startups to track and monitor emerging trends in digital health.
  • Develop and implement data analytics tools to build full-stack pipelines in R/Python for data ingestion, cleaning, and preparation.
  • Communicate findings through data visualization and reporting automation to share end-results with non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, R, or Python.
  • Experience with data analysis, clean-up, and validation in a work or academic setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify problems and draft solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work optimally in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and financial savvy.
