Field Supervisor

AccentCare is seeking a dedicated and organized Field Supervisor to join our team. As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for the effective supervision of Care Partners, ensuring that services are provided to clients in accordance with individualized service plans and state regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor the activity of Care Partners to ensure compliance with state regulations and individualized service plans.
- Complete required quality in-home Compliance visits, traveling to multiple clients' homes nearly every day/week.
- Provide training to branch caregivers as needed.
- Lead New Hire Caregiver Orientation and training.
- Meet with new clients, identify their needs, and assist with administrative functions in the office.
- 2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions and handle crisis situations.
