About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Integrated Campaign Manager to join our team at Intercom. As a key member of our demand generation efforts, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated campaigns that drive business impact and align to our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns that engage prospects in a meaningful way, resulting in pipeline generation aligned to key segments.
  • Oversee the end-to-end campaign process, including planning, execution, and tracking of tactical campaign activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, PMM, content, field, and brand, to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on funnel metrics to understand lead progression and identify opportunities to inform campaign strategy.
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, segmentation, and other best practices to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of demand generation experience at a B2B technology company.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing integrated campaigns across key channels that generate pipeline.
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms with brand voice and conversion in mind across multiple campaign channels.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience using automation and analytics platforms, such as Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, and Outreach.
