Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phone calls, greeting visitors, receiving and distributing mail, and performing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office
  • Answer phone calls and forward them to the relevant personnel
  • Greet and provide general support to visitors entering the lobby
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning
  • Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • 1 year of administrative experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Perform high work volume with minimal errors and supervision
  • Communicate courteously and proactively with all levels within the company
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Professional, proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Multitask and work independently, as well as in a team environment
