Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team at Royal Hotel Investments of Covington. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, while providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Verify, audit, and reconcile all financial records, including room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, and final bill preparation.
  • Customer Service: Respond to guest inquiries, process reservations and check-ins, delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, and resolve guest complaints.
  • Reporting: Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management, department heads, and general manager.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Process additional administrative, bookkeeping, and accounting procedures as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma or equivalent from high school is required; some college is desired.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills are required. Flexible overnight hours are required.
  • Experience: Front desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required. Computer proficiency is required; experience with accounting or reservation software is preferred.
