We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Kind Behavioral Health (KBH). As a BCBA, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing ABA treatment programs for children and their families with Autism.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct behavior assessments and design treatment plans of care
- Provide case oversight and ensure compliance with the BACB
- Motivate and mentor Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to implement treatment plans effectively
- Attend regular team meetings and contribute to the development of clinical standards
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to drive client outcomes and performance
- 1+ years of experience in ABA, preferably with ASD
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, in good standing
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass a background and reference check
